Lycoming O-320-E2D,S/N: L-21449-27A,just removed from its original aircraft,a 1968 Cessna Cardinal. It has 1931.51 Hours Total Time Since New and was removed to install an O-360 upgrade.New Superior Millennium Cylinder Kits P/N:SL36000W-A21P were installed 11-26-1996 at Tach:1826.83 (104.7 hours ago.) The left mag,a Slick 4371,was installed new at Tach:1759.49,and the right mag,a Slick 4370,appears to be even newer. The carburetor was replaced with a Precision Airmotive unit at Tach:1383.27.The engine was run recently before it was removed and it operated normally. On a full power static run the engine turned right at 2300 rpm which is satisfactory. The compressions at the last annual (2-25-2005) were as follows;#1 80/76, #2 80/73,#3 80/71,and #4 80/77.I pulled the oil filter screen and the oil suction screen and found no metal. It comes with magnetos, carburetor, starter, and complete logbook. Engine has the hollow crank so it could be converted to constant speed.
